We woke up around 8am and got dressed. I took a few pictures of our room view that day.
Then we headed down to The Roaring Fork around 10am for some breakfast. I got the chocolate chip mickey waffles and they were so yummy!
After breakfast Daddy and Alexis went back up to the room to try and get a little rest. Kylie and I walked around the resort and took some pictures and videos. The Wilderness Lodge is a beautiful resort. It is so peaceful with all the water features.
We walked down to the little beach area at the resort and Kylie played in the sand. She played for about an hour!
You can see the Contemporary Resort from the beach at The Wilderness Lodge. There is also a boat dock where you can take a boat to the Magic Kingdom.
After playing for a while, we headed back up to our room to get cleaned up and dressed for an afternoon and evening with princesses and fireworks!
We headed out around 1:45pm. We took the boat to the Magic Kingdom this time. It was a really nice ride.
We arrived at the Magic Kingdom shortly after 2pm and we headed straight to the castle where we had 2:35pm lunch reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table.
We checked in for dinner and we met Cinderella first. We decided to get a family picture with Cinderella since we didn't have too many pictures of us all together on this trip.
After meeting Cinderella we were taken up a twisty staircase to our seat. Once we were seated we were brought some appetizers. Alexis even got her very own appetizer of cheese and grapes which we thought was really nice considering she was only 2 and half at the time and not on our dining plan. She got her own magic wand and wishing star too!
The princesses starting coming by the table and we met Snow White, Aurora, Ariel and Jasmine. Kylie really loved meeting all the princesses.
The food was really good. I had the chicken for my main course and the clock strikes twelve for dessert. It was so delicious!
This meal was one of our favorite meals of the trip. We hope to eat there again on our next trip too!
After dinner we rode Under the Sea. You get to sit in a clam shell and ride through the story of the little mermaid. It's a really cute ride and one of our favorites.
When we got off of the ride it started to rain. Actually it didn't just rain, it poured! We had to take cover for a few minutes, but it wasn't bad. It didn't last long and we were back out looking for our next thing to do! We were prepared with our ponchos and rain cover for the stroller just in case it rained some more.
Next we went to Monsters Inc Laugh Floor. This one is really funny. Great for kids and adults. Then we rode the Tomorrowland People Mover. It's a nice ride just to sit, relax and get off of your feet for a bit. After that one, Daddy and Kylie rode Tomorrowland Speedway while Alexis and I waited. Alexis took this time to catch up on some sleep!
When Daddy and Kylie returned from riding, we decided to have a snack while Alexis slept. Joe and I got smoothies and Kylie had a ice cream.
By this time it was starting to get dark. We walked around for a bit and then went over to the FastPass+ location for Wishes and waited for the show to start. Alexis woke up right when it was starting. We all watched the fireworks and everyone really liked them.
After the fireworks we had a FastPass+ for Rapunzel. Snow White was the visiting princess with Rapunzel so we met her for the second time that day. Kylie even told her we already saw her earlier!
Now it was getting close to 9pm. So we made our way out of the park. We took the boat back to our resort.
We made it back to The Wilderness Lodge just in time to see the nightly water pageant. It was our first night seeing it even though we could hear it every night from our room. Glad we got to see it once!
That was it for our second day at the Magic Kingdom. Next up is our day at Epcot!
